Q/QG/JG Air Stream Dryer Overview

Airflow drying, also known as instant drying, has been used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries since the 1960s. Our factory has selected advanced technologies from home and abroad since its establishment to provide high-quality and low-cost complete sets of equipment for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. After continuous improvement over the years, it has developed into the following four series: Q series basic type; QG series fan and dispersion type; JG series enhanced type.

Features of Q/QG/JG Air Stream Dryer

1. High drying intensity and low equipment investment: The Air Stream Dryer has a large processing capacity, and the evaporation capacity ranges from 50kg/h to 1500kg/h, while the equipment volume is small and the investment is low, which is unmatched by other drying equipment.

2. The Air Stream Dryer has a high degree of automation and good product quality: The airflow drying material is all carried out in the pipeline, and the drying time is extremely short (only 0.5-2 seconds), so it can be automated, the product does not come into contact with the outside world, and the pollution is small and the quality is good.

3. Complete equipment supply, free choice of heat source: The basic type of Air Stream Dryer consists of air filter, heater, feeder, drying tube, fan, cyclone separator. Users can add dust collector or other auxiliary equipment as needed.

In terms of heating method selection, Air Stream Dryer has greater adaptability. Users can choose steam, electricity, hot air furnace heating according to the conditions of the area, and can also choose according to the heat resistance temperature (or hot air temperature) of the material: steam heating at ≤150℃; electric heating (or steam heating, electric compensation or thermal oil heating) at ≤200℃; coal-fired hot air furnace at 300℃; oil-fired hot air furnace at 600℃.

Working principle of Q/QG/JG Air Stream Dryer

The Q/QG/JG Air Stream Dryer and the heated natural air enter the dryer at the same time, and the two are fully mixed. Due to the large heat and mass exchange area, the purpose of evaporation and drying is achieved in a very short time. The dried finished product is discharged from the cyclone separator, and a small part of the flying powder is recycled by the cyclone dust collector or bag dust collector. Q-type Air Stream Dryer is negative pressure operation, and the material does not pass through the fan; QG-type Air Stream Dryer is positive pressure operation, and the material passes through the fan with a crushing effect; FG-type Air Stream Dryer is an exhaust gas circulation type; JG-type Air Stream Dryer is an enhanced air flow dryer, which integrates flash drying and air flow drying. It is a new type of drying equipment designed by our factory according to user requirements.
