Cone Vacuum Dryer Working Principle
The SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double cone rotary tank. When the tank is in a vacuum state, heat transfer oil or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating. The heat contacts the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. The water vapor or other gas evaporated by the wet material after absorbing heat is pumped away through the vacuum exhaust pipe by the vacuum pump. Since the tank is in a vacuum state and the rotation of the tank makes the material constantly move up and down, inside and outside, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying rate is improved, and the purpose of uniform drying is achieved.

Note: For materials with large volume changes before and after drying, the loading coefficient can be appropriately increased or reduced, and the (maximum) loading volume cannot touch the bottom of the vacuum tube.
The motor can be equipped with a speed-adjustable motor according to user requirements, with a speed of 0-6rpm; the material specific gravity of the above technical parameters is calculated as 0.6g/cm3. If it exceeds, it must be stated when ordering; if the user needs a pressure vessel certificate, it must be stated when ordering; if the inner tank material is glass-lined, it must be stated when ordering; if the material is flammable and explosive, it must be clearly stated when ordering, otherwise it is strictly prohibited to use.
