Principle of fluid bed granulator

The powder particles of the material are in a boiling fluidized state in the raw material container (fluidized bed), preheated and mixed by the purified heated air, and the binder solution is sprayed in atomized form, so that several particles gather into granules containing binder. Due to the continuous drying of the material by the hot air, the water in the granules evaporates and the binder solidifies. This fluidized bed granulation process is repeated continuously to form ideal, uniform, multi-porous spherical particles.
