1. Use centrifugal fans with large air volume and high air pressure as circulating fans for forced ventilation, which can speed up the drying speed of materials and ensure the uniformity of material drying.

2. The air inlet of the drying oven is divided into two stages of filtration. The fresh air inlet is a sub-high energy filter, so that the fresh air reaches 100,000 levels. Each circulating hot air after heating is equipped with a high-temperature high-energy filter, so that the hot air entering the drying oven reaches a cleanliness level of more than 10,000 levels, ensuring the cleanliness of the drying process;

3. The system is equipped with a full stainless steel dehumidification fan for forced dehumidification, and the system's PLC program module collects the humidity in the system for intelligent control: according to the signal provided by the humidity control instrument, the damper actuator of the dehumidification outlet is controlled, and the dehumidification fan is controlled at the same time. The dehumidification fan is output by the frequency converter according to the size of the humidity signal, and a reasonable air volume is discharged to achieve a better dehumidification effect, so as to achieve reasonable dehumidification.

4. The inlet and outlet of the oven are equipped with automatic control dampers, which are automatically closed when the equipment is shut down to cut off the connection between the purification area and the auxiliary equipment;

5. The middle wind in the circulation system enters from both sides of the main machine at the same time and is concentrated in the middle for exhaust, which reduces the temperature difference between the left and right sides of the oven compared with the conventional design; the inlet and outlet air equalization device adopts a quick-install unequal-ratio punching plate, and multiple sets of unequal-ratio punching plates are designed according to the guiding rules of the air volume and air pressure of the inlet and outlet as the distribution device of the inward hot air to achieve a smaller temperature difference phenomenon, and the air equalization screen plate and the main machine are fixed in a quick-installation manner, so that the inlet and outlet air ducts can be quickly cleaned and washed to ensure the sanitation and cleanliness of the box;
6. The industrial hot air drying oven equipment is equipped with inlet and outlet ducts. There is an online cleaning port that can cover the entire system, realizing a quick and easy online cleaning function;

7. The equipment heating system (heater, high temperature and high energy filter) is external and concentrated in a closed stainless steel box, with good insulation effect and high sanitation and cleanliness. The high temperature and high energy filter is a drawer-type quick-install structure, which can be quickly cleaned and replaced; the matching connectors and system connections adopt a butterfly screw quick-install design, which is convenient for maintenance and repair;

8. The high temperature and high energy filter is tested for pressure difference, monitored in real time, and equipped with a pressure difference alarm function to ensure the cleanliness and stability of the system;

9. There are 2 quick verification ports on the equipment host to facilitate the verification of temperature, humidity, etc. during work.

10. The control system has a three-level password function and is equipped with a USB interface.
