Description

LG series dry granulator is to add the mixed materials into the feeding system through the elevator, and convey the materials to the two pressure wheels with hydraulic pressure through the conveying system. The materials are pressed into thin slices of suitable hardness by the pressure wheels, and the thin slices are cut into small pieces of suitable size by the crushing system. The small pieces are made into the required granules through the two-stage granulation system to complete the granulation process.

LG series dry granulator equipment uses the latest roller control technology. By adjusting the physical fluctuations between different materials and different batches of the same batch of materials, the process parameters of the dry granulator (such as processing capacity, flake density, roller pressure, speed, etc.) can be accurately and repeatedly adjusted, thereby producing high-quality granules and improving the stability, disintegration and solubility of the granules. The equipment occupies a small area, has a simple process, is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and is easy to disassemble and clean. The granules can be directly compressed into filling capsules. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.
