Belt dryers are widely used in food, chemical fiber, forestry, pharmaceutical, leather and chemical industries, and are especially suitable for drying vegetables, fruit, pet food, animal feed, flours, meat, snacks food, etc..
According to the character that fresh coconut contains water, when belt dryer used for drying, the critical water content is about 15%, that is constant speed drying is used before reaching the critical water content to remove free water, and after reaching the critical water content, Speed droop dehydration is used to remove the bound water.
According to the general rules, an assembly line should have three working section, they are pre-dry
(1)constant speed dehydration
(2) Speed droop dehydration
(3).During the process (1)and (2) 80% water can be removed, the temperature of raw material will be kept as hot and wet bulb temperature. During the process of (3)20% water can be removed, the temperature of raw material is close to the temperature of exhausted hot air.
