Principle
Wet mixing granulator is a new generation wet mixing granulator newly developed by our company. It adopts a lot of new technologies on the basis of existing granulators at home and abroad. GHL machine has reasonable structure, convenient use and complete functions, which fully reflects the perfect combination of equipment and technology. The powder material and the adhesive are fully mixed into a wet soft material by the bottom mixing paddle in the cylindrical container, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the side high-speed crushing paddle.
Features
※The wet mixing granulator adopts a horizontal cylinder structure with a reasonable structure.
※The driving shaft is sealed with air, and can be switched to water for cleaning.
※Fluidized granulation, the granules are approximately spherical and have good fluidity.
※Compared with the traditional process, 25% less adhesive is used, and the drying time is shortened.
※Each batch is dried for 2 minutes and granulated for 1-4 minutes, and the work efficiency is 4-5 times higher than the traditional process.
※Completed in the same closed container, drying-wet mixing-granulation, the process is reduced and meets GMP specifications.
※The entire operation has strict safety protection measures.
