The LPG Series High-Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer is one of the most widely used technologies in the liquid process shaping and drying industry. It is most suitable for producing powdery and granular solid products from solution, emulsion, suspension, and pumpable paste states.
At the core of our system is the high-speed rotary atomizer. Driven by a high-speed motor or mechanical gears, the centrifugal disc creates a powerful centrifugal force that breaks the liquid into a fine mist of droplets. This increases the surface area exponentially, allowing for instantaneous heat exchange and drying.

A: Our standard high-speed atomizers can reach up to 18,000 RPM. For specialized lab models, higher speeds are available to produce even finer particles.

A: We use a combination of an optimized air distributor at the top of the tower and an optional air-hammer or pneumatic vibrator system on the cone to ensure all powder flows smoothly to the collection point.

A: Yes, for materials containing organic solvents, we offer a Closed-Loop Spray Drying System using Nitrogen as the drying medium to ensure explosion-proof safety.
