Pressure Nozzle Spray Dryer Machine Working principle
The working process of a Pressure Nozzle Spray Dryer begins when fresh air is filtered and heated, then introduced into the air distributor at the top of the drying tower. The hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral pattern to ensure uniform distribution. Concurrently, the liquid feedstock is pumped to a pressure nozzle located at the top of the tower, where it is atomized into a fine mist of droplets. Upon contact with the hot air, the moisture evaporates instantaneously, resulting in dried powder. The final product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, while the evaporated moisture is expelled by the exhaust blower.
