XSG series spin flash dryer
1. Several feeding devices can be chosen for the spin flash dryer, ensuring continuous and stable feeding with no bridging phenomenon.
2. There is a special cooling device at the bottom of the spin flash dryer, which can prevent the material in the bottom high-temperature area from deteriorating.
3.The spin flash dryer is equipped with a special air-sealing device and cooling device for the bearing, effectively extending the lifespan of the transmission part.
4. There is special air distributing device, it can reduce the resistance of equipment, and make the air speed in drying tower become balance.
5. The spin flash dryer features a classifying ring and turbojet plate, allowing for adjustable and controllable product fineness and final moisture content.
6. The high circumferential air speed in the drying tower of the spin flash dryer results in a short material residence time, preventing material from sticking to the wall and thermal-sensitive materials from deteriorating.
7. Typical applications of the spin flash dryer include: fire retardants, molecular sieves, rubber and plastic additives, pesticides, pigments, dyestuffs, fine chemicals, feedstuffs, pharmaceuticals, and some intermediate industries.
