Recently, loading work has been carried out in an orderly manner at the plant of Changzhou Shinma Drying. After multiple factory inspections including precision manufacturing, air tightness testing and no-load trial operation, six sets of FL-300 fluid bed granulators have been packed and loaded, officially departing for a listed enterprise in Shandong to support the capacity expansion and upgrading of the customer’s new solid preparation workshop.

As our classic flagship model, the FL-300 fluid bed granulator integrates mixing, spray granulation and fluidized drying in one single unit. The whole machine is constructed of 316L stainless steel with arc-shaped cavity free of dead corners, enabling easy disassembly, assembly and cleaning to meet clean production requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, variable-frequency atomization mechanism and anti-static filter bags, the equipment delivers uniform particle formation, effectively reducing dust pollution and material loss. The standard explosion-proof pressure relief structure ensures long-term continuous and stable production. In response to the customer’s layout requirements for multiple parallel production lines, our technical team implemented special optimization on equipment pipelines, feeding interfaces and automatic linkage modules to facilitate intelligent workshop integration in the later stage.

From solution communication and customized optimization to sheet metal processing, complete machine assembly and factory commissioning, the project team followed standardized quality control procedures strictly to ensure the synchronous on-time delivery of the six units. All goods are wrapped with rain-proof protective films and reinforced with shockproof treatments during transportation. After the equipment arrives at the Shandong plant, our technical engineers will be dispatched to the site for hoisting coordination, installation and commissioning, operator training, and establish an exclusive after-sales communication channel to enable rapid commissioning and full production.
